We recommend always starting with a small dosage (25 ml) and only increasing it after you feel how it affect your body. You can vary the dosage to suit your needs but DO NOT exceed 70 ml daily.
 
Directions for Usage:
-Apply dosage under the tongue and allow it to set for a few minutes to fully absorb. 
- You should feel some effects after 20 minutes.
